The marketplace is crowded today; it's crowded all the time.
Some trade with love and kindness, and so are satisfied.
Others buy and sell as if driven by a demon. They could control their greed.
Instead they cause un-natural poverty, count their coins and leave.

Try so hard to feed your soul with reality in dreams.
And the spirit of the earth is restless. She would sleep, but never can
When people in need go to the marketplace and leave with empty hanks.
v-2) When the scales don't seem to balance, and everything you do
Seems to be worth nothing to anyone but you
You long for the day when values are compared.
And if your work is equal, you take an equal share.
